Coates Roofing completed this project on time, even amid daily logistical challenges, and earned Subcontractor of the Month for August 2017.

80,000-square-foot re-roof completed in Johns Manville 3 Ply modified specification. Deck remediation was required due to severe neglect. After this repair, a tapered roof insulation system was installed to improve roof drainage. New sheet metal components were also installed for a complete roof installation.
